We are a small family business that firmly believes and stands by all of our products.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 15 days. No questions asked.
How to Return
Email us at sales@corkinvogue.com and we will respond you within one business day. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or paypal account used for purchase. Cork in Vogue is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized products, e-gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Typically takes 48 hours for transfer to process.
Personalized Items
Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Exchanges
We will exchange your item if defective or damaged during shipping. Shipping costs will be covered by Cork in Vogue. If you need to make an exchange please email us at sales@corkinvogue.com or call at +351918525193.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
We do not cover lost or stolen packages after Shipping. Have an issue? Email us with your name and order number to sales@corkinvogue.com
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
